RenfroSocks.com guarantees your satisfaction on every purchase.

That's why we offer a no hassle return policy that allows you to return the socks for any reason for up to 90 days from date of purchase.* Please follow the simple three step process below to return the socks and receive your refund.

  1. Print and fill out the product return form.
  2. Place the product return form in with the socks you wish to return. Please reference your order number on the product return form or provide a copy of either your packing slip or the receipt that was e-mailed to your inbox.
  3. Place the prepaid return label provided in your order on the box and take the package to the nearest UPS drop-off location. Please note: The pre-paid UPS return label cannot be used outside the United States. International customers are responsible for shipping a package back to the U.S. and for any fees associated with that shipment.

Once we receive the return, we will issue a credit for the amount of the merchandise. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.
