Shipping and Handling and Returns
Standard shipping is available for a flat shipping and handling fee of $4.50 to all 50 states. Standard shipping is sent via USPS or UPS SurePost. With UPS SurePost, UPS will pick up your package at our distribution center and deliver your shipment to your local post office. Then USPS will make final delivery to your mail box, post office box, or door. In some cases, UPS may make the decision to make final delivery to your door. We use UPS Ground for larger orders. Saturday deliveries may not be available for orders.
Allow 7-10 business days for product delivery to most U.S. addresses with standard shipping. Please allow 10-14 days for product delivery to APO and FPO addresses. Shipments to AK or HI can take up to 3-5 weeks. APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for free shipping. For shipments outside the 50 states, we have partnered with MyUs.com. For more information on international shipping, please visit www.MyUs.com. We will send you an e-mail when your order ships. This email will contain a tracking code so you can track the delivery of your order. Any out-of-stock items canceled from your order will also appear on the delivery confirmation e-mail.
UPS 2nd Day Shipping
UPS 2nd Business Day delivery is available for a flat shipping and handling fee of $14.95 to all 50 states. Please note that even with 2nd Business Day delivery, our fulfillment center may also need up to another 3 days to fulfill the order. Free shipping is not available for UPS 2nd Day for orders over $45. UPS 2nd day shipments outside the 50 states are not made at this time. We will send you an e-mail when your order ships. This email will contain a tracking code so you can track the delivery of your order. Any out-of-stock items canceled from your order will also appear on the delivery confirmation e-mail.

- Print and fill out the product return form.
- Place the product return form in with the socks you wish to return. Please reference your order number on the product return form or provide a copy of either your packing slip or the receipt that was e-mailed to your inbox.
Place the prepaid return label provided in your order on the box and take the package to the nearest UPS drop-off location. Please note: The pre-paid UPS return label cannot be used outside the United States. International customers are responsible for shipping a package back to the U.S. and for any fees associated with that shipment.

Once we receive the return, we will issue a credit for the amount of the merchandise. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.
